Unfixed asphalt dip — a 2019 customer said no one came to fix it
A missed callback — a 2022 customer said a call went unreturned
Driveways are the job here. A recent customer who read up on several Seacoast paving companies chose AWB & Sons for a new asphalt driveway and said Justin and his crew were prompt, professional and finished just before they got home for the day. AWB and Sons Paving dates itself to 1990 on its own website and claims 36 years in business.
On HomeAdvisor it shows 4.7 stars from 62 ratings; on Google, 4.4 stars from 7.
A 2023 customer switching a dirt driveway to asphalt had planned to put in drainage for a low spot, and said Justin convinced them they could pitch the water away instead, with the cost coming back a little under the quote. A 2021 customer said Justin gave two quotes, one to repair and one to replace, with the pros and cons of each; that customer said the job involved removing a significant number of roots and a lot of regrading. In 2021, the same customer said Justin came by the evening after the work and gave dos and don'ts for keeping the driveway in good condition. A 2021 customer said a detailed estimate arrived the next morning and a six-man crew did everything asked. A 2020 customer said they also took out the old driveway, brought in loam and reseeded the lawn, and that the owner worked right along with his crew.
A 2022 customer said a new driveway had multiple spots with a lot of cracking within a year; after many contacts someone came out and took pictures, and AWB blamed the lack of seal coating, which that customer said they were never told to do. A 2019 customer who spent $6400 said a dip in the asphalt in front of one garage door was reported by email the same day and no one had come out to fix it. A 2022 customer said they called about an issue and never got a call back.

After reading several reviews about different paving companies in the Seacoast area, I decided to choose AWB & Sons Paving. My instincts were correct, because they did a beautiful job installing a new asphalt driveway for my home. Justin and his crew were prompt, professional, very reasonable and finished just before I got home for the day. It honestly gave my property the upgrade it deserved. I even got compliments from my neighbors as they drove by. If you want to give your property the transformation it deserves, don’t hesitate to call AWB & Sons Paving Company!
