A recent customer said a couple of guys came back the next day to make sure everything was cleaned up, and that the crew drew a new straight line along the driveway edges. A recent customer said a driveway crumbled after the first year, was redone, kept pulling up, and that after saying he would come back to fix it he "ghosted me." A recent customer said a driveway of roughly $6,000 at a business in Panama City began cracking and losing chunks of asphalt within a week. A 2025 customer said the job left a big dip that collected water in front of the basement windows and the owner never returned the calls. A 2024 customer said a 4-month-old driveway had three areas so thin the gravel was coming up, and over 30 phone call attempts brought nothing.
Driveway crumbled after the first year. He came back and redid the driveway. Started crumbling again a year later. He said it was because I didn't sealcoat it so then he seal coated it. After the next year it continued to pull up in areas. He said he would come back and fix it but then ghosted me. Currently driveway is 4 years old and is in far worse condition than my previous 10 year old driveway that was in perfect condition the only reason we had the old one redone was because we had an addition done. Wished I would have use the guy who did my first driveway.
⭐ 1 Star I would not recommend CSN Asphalt. I paid CSN Asphalt approximately $6,000 to grade and install a small asphalt driveway at my business in Panama City. What I received has been extremely disappointing and pathetic. The driveway began cracking, breaking apart, and losing chunks of asphalt within a week, and the deterioration has continued to get worse. This isn't a minor cosmetic issue or something I'm complaining about because the driveway isn't pretty enough. I paid for a functioning asphalt driveway, and now I'm dealing with pavement that is progressively failing. I gave this situation time and attempted to handle it through the proper channels. I even filed a claim with CSN Asphalt's liability insurance carrier. After investigating, the carrier denied coverage because it considered the claim an issue involving CSN's alleged defective workmanship rather than a covered insurance loss. The denial letter specifically states that damages for faulty workmanship are ordinarily borne by the contractor to satisfy the customer, rather than covered by this liability policy. So here I am: $6,000 paid, a driveway that continues to fall apart, and now I'm left pursuing recovery directly. I'm a licensed contractor myself. I understand that construction isn't perfect and problems occasionally happen. But when your work fails, you stand behind it and make it right. That's part of being a contractor. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but other business owners and homeowners deserve to know about my experience before spending their money. Based on the work performed at my property and how this situation has played out, I absolutely would not hire CSN Asphalt again. This company is horrible. BUYER BEWARE!!!
Absolutely amazing company did a beautiful job on our driveway went above and beyond and when they came back to the neighborhood a week later to do another job they checked on and even did little touch-ups.
CSN Asphalt did an excellent job paving my old driveway! They were all prompt, efficient, and polite. They skillfully paved around and up to various features (steps, post, doorways, foundations, etc.). As expected, the rainwater flows off the new surface in the correct directions, with no leftover puddles. The amount ( thickness) of asphalt was more then anticipated. Having this work done has easily added more value to the property than the job cost.
Bill and his crew were doing a paving job next door, they had some extra asphalt and did some patch work. I am very pleased with how they prepped, they did a double layer with a problem area, and finished within a few hours. CSN did a great job, will definitely reach out to Bill again for any future work
