A tree down, a voicemail, and a call back within 2 minutes: that is how one recent customer's job with AX Simsbury Tree Service Guys started. A quote came that afternoon, and although the team was first promised before the weekend, it arrived that same evening, had the customer double check the work and did a full cleanup with a rake and blower. The company names Simsbury, Avon, Bloomfield, Canton, Farmington, Granby, West Hartford, Windsor, Windsor Locks and Weatogue as its service area, and its website says it offers free estimates and 24/7 emergency service. The work is tree removal and trimming. A 2024 customer said they removed an oak tree that was too close to a newly purchased home and also trimmed several overgrown trees. A 2024 reviewer wrote that two trees on the side of the house were removed and both stumps ground, and said the price was right. A 2024 customer said they came the day of the call, removed a dying maple and left the yard spotless. A 2025 customer said the crew was on time, careful not to damage the lawn or bushes, and finished the job as scheduled. A 2025 reviewer who had a few trees trimmed around the house said the crew took the time to explain what they were doing.
Great customer service. We had a tree down and they called me back within 2 minutes of leaving a voicemail. He was there that afternoon for a quote (which seemed very fair). He also provided some quotes on other work. He said the team would be there before the weekend, but actually was able to get his team there that evening when they had a free moment. The team was friendly and did a great job. They had me double check the work and even did a full cleanup with a rake and leave blower. It was great. Couldn’t recommend them enough
Great work on our maple tree removal, highly recommend!
The crew were on time, were hardworking and cautious not to damage the lawn or bushes on the property. They finished the job as scheduled and left the lawn in great shape. I plan on having them back again next year to remove a few more trees.
They did a fantastic job taking down a few trees in my backyard. I was blown away by how clean and efficient they were. Must use for any tree service you may need.
I've had ALX take down a few trees over the past year. They are always prompt, curteous, and fair-priced. They took down 1 tree and provided additional yard cleanup services today, completing the job in a timely, professional manner. I couldn't be happier!
