Aztec Landscaping

Aztec does work in the business behind my house, so I hired them a couple of years ago to remove an ill tree. In addition to removing that tree, they also ripped out a 5 year old peach tree they thought was a "branch". I've generally steered clear of them until this winter when they placed an uncovered pile of road salt in the parking lot at the top of my backyard, directly above and less than 20 feet away from an old walnut tree in my yard. I called and asked them to move it, which they did within a few days. Thanks for that. Just this morning they left two diesel vehicles idling in that parking lot for more than a half hour. When I went back to request they be turned off, I was approached by an employee who asked me to "stop harassing" them and raised his voice to tell me he could idle for 6 days if he wanted. As far as I can tell, these guys actively harm the earth without much regard for the people around them. They are the kind of landscaping company that can cut down a tree and salt a road, but not care for or nuture growing things. 2024 update: the employee's name is Francis, he also wrote the immature response you can probably see below this. He still works there and is quite vindictive. There is currently an empty machine idling in the back parking lot and he made it a point to store a plow at the top of my yard, away from all the other plows. So just a note, if you hire this company they might come back and be jerks to you for years afterwards. Good luck.
