This is the best company ever! I just had an oil delivery in Falmouth and my gate was open and the person that was delivering the oil made sure to carefully close it before leaving. He did not have to do that but he did. It was a very courteous and kind thing to do. That doesn't surprise me with this company because they are always so wonderful and caring. My daughter had me switch over after her and my son in law did, and we are so glad we did because it has been nothing but great experiences! The customer service that this oil company provides makes you feel like family! We highly recommend!

Honestly they are the best company ever. There are countless why but one of the biggest reasons that stands out is their customer service. Simply the way they speak to you on the phone they are so kind, friendly, and professional. You never feel like they're trying to rush you off the phone or that they're just trying to make a sale. They genuinely care about their customers and they show it with their actions. My mom and dad has also switched over to them since we did too. I just called to check in with the price of oil and then called back to put 100 gallons and then it just hit me why didn't I ever do a review for these wonderful people? They are truly wonderful and that's such a blessing to have a company that really care about their customers. I'll never get oil from anyone else but them. Great job guys we are lifelong customers. We have been using B&B for oil deliveries and our sewer pumps for over 10 years (at two different homes) and have always had amazing service, and great prices. They have always taken care of us in a pinch and are extremely reliable. Highly recommend!
