Terrible. 3 months for a "2 day project." The concrete they did has now been torn up to find...they tied into the city sidewalk which is not allowed, they did NOT tie the back pato into my house so the concrete could have come away from my house, the rebar that was used in the driveway portion was UNDER my concrete and not in it, back patio they used some mesh wire which again was under it and not in it, hardly any base rock layer used at all. I watched as the concrete he said would be hard to remove crumbled like a cookie. I watched as they removed the concrete to see dirt underneath it, not rocks. And, this was ALL after the 3 months of patience I gave them to resolve the issues properly. Instead, they elected to just keep slapping a coating over the top. This was their fix to resolve the 1.5-2 degree sloping TOO my house. So, as the coating cracked and failed (which it already was and they wouldnt resolve it claiming it was "good faith" even though THEY offered to do it AND warranty it, but never actually finished it), water would get underneath it and inevitably would have led to the water going right back to my house. So many other issues including their communcation and ignoring me while I was overly patient. He was paid and I'm finding out more and more of the contract he wrote and didn't uphold. Don't choose them

B&B Outdoor Solutions was great - I'd definitely recommend them! I submitted the job on Angi on a Tuesday evening, and Ben called me right away and took his time to discuss options with me. One week later I had a fully installed chain link fence that looks great and was exactly what I wanted. B&B Outdoor Solutions was very responsive, easy to work with, and fairly priced. An extra bonus is that they offer Afterpay, so you can do your payments on a payment plan if needed.

They installed a fence in my backyard. They were professional and helpful with design suggestions. The job was completed quickly and it is beautiful.
