Two septic tanks, and neither needed pumping: a recent customer said that is what Bill told them after his inspection, and that he explained why in detail. A recent customer said the turnaround from their call to the company's arrival was fast. A 2022 customer said Bill came out over a weekend for a septic emergency, pumped the system first, and then found and removed a clog at the main drain line. That 2022 customer said Bill called in a team member with the parts, and the two installed a single main line to the sewer tank. A 2024 customer said Bill inspected their failed system and helped them develop a plan to get it running before the winter. A 2025 customer said Bill worked with them through the season after their septic system froze over the winter. A 2025 customer said the company failed to show up for scheduled visits three times and that he yelled on the phone when they called to ask about the status.
The experience that we had with B&C septic today was one of the best business experiences we have had in a long time. Bill's honesty and integrity were on full display. We had two septic tanks that we thought needed pumping and after his inspection he stated that neither tank actually needed pumping and explained in excellent detail why that was so. He also gave us helpful guidelines for future monitoring. Thank you, Bill, for saving us a lot of money today and we would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. For a guy who works in septic, Bill was a breath of fresh air!!!

My husband and I cannot thank Bill enough for his help. Our septic system froze over the winter and Bill worked with us through the season to help get us operational again. His support and help was over an above. I would highly recommend.

Communication was horrible. Was supposed to come out and never showed up. Zero Communication. Was supposed to come out again. No show. Zero Communication. Was supposed to come out again. No show. We made a call just to ask what status was and he screamed and yelled on the phone. We couldn't get a word in edgewise. These people are the most unprofessional, unreliable people we've ever had to deal with.
