A 2022 customer said the owner, Joe, needed only a handshake, with nothing to sign. A local news site, nbcconnecticut.com, has quoted Joe Brege of B&M Tree Service in West Hartford.
““We are running from five in the morning to eight at night. As long as there is light, we are working,” said Joe Brege of B&M Tree Service in West Hartford.”
B&M is top notch all around. From the on-site crew, who did an amazing job and left the site spotless, to the office staff who were very communicative and responsive. I highly recommend!
The work done was excellent. When the workers left you would not have known they were there except for the missing tree. Highly recommend them
B&M recently completed a number of tree removal projects in our HOA community. Every aspect of the work from arborist insight, inspection and price quoting by Ryan, the customer support team from start to finish led by Nicki, removal of the trees, and stump grinding exceeded our expectations. It's rare during these times to find a company that checks every box from a customer experience standpoint. Every member of the team we dealt with was friendly, conscientious and professional. The location of the trees that needed to be removed necessitated hand climbing vs. using a bucket truck. The precision by which they cut the trees, causing zero damage to surrounding live trees, was astounding. B&M is a 5+ star company. Our HOA is grateful for the team's responsiveness and outstanding quality of work.
I highly recommend B&M Tree Service, LLC in West Hartford. I recently worked with B&M on a tree removal in my mother's yard. This tree was on the property shared with the backyard neighbor. Everyone at B&M was gracious, professional and accommodating for my mother's needs due to her age and dementia. They charge very reasonable rates for tree removal and were terrific to work with, from the office team to the crew members. I only wish they serviced northeast CT so that I could use them in my yard.
Safe…Professional. Contract and pricing fair and transparent. Left site clean.Nicki in the office very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend
