Incredibly responsive! Joe came by to fix the issue I was having with my central air, he was very polite, friendly, honest and overall seemed like a very nice guy. I felt safe while he was here, he had his mask on the whole time (Covid19 times). He got the job done fast and at a great price. Very happy with my experience and have saved his number for future repairs.
Joe was able to fit me in so quickly on a Sunday (and Father s Day!) and was so thorough and helpful. He got my central air back up and running so fast! And on a hot summer day, I was so thankful! I will definitely be using B&S again!
