My elderly mother had a BB infestation in her senior living apartment. I was so lucky to find John at B.B. Preppers. He truly lived by his word when he said that he would clean/prep her apartment as if it were his own. His attention to detail was extraordinary. He sent me photos along the way and checked in when his discretion told him to toss some unsalvageable items. He was honest, kind, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to alleviate stress and get the job done right.
