UPDATE 10/25/22: Two years later we had our kitchen floors done by B G to match the floors done by the big TV guys. Perfect match. We also had the carpet in our bedroom replaced. Again, another great job. If we had more floors that needed replacing these would be the people to call. "Irrational Floors Direct, and any other TV ad carpet and flooring service is not worth it. Paid over $1000 for them to lay down a floor, they put no glue because supposedly it was impossible to put glue on the old existing floors. As expected the floors have started to lift and bubble which is now a bad tripping hazard. My mother has tried to call multiple times to get this fixed but the guy never answers or somehow forgets to write down her new number. These people are an absolute joke

There are not enough nice things I can say about this company. From helping us understand all the different options and the pros and cons, meeting with us again so we could recheck our narrowed down choices to finally the sale and installation. The store is usually only open by appointment so call first. If your call goes to voice mail just leave a message. Everytime I did, I heard back from them within minutes or a few hours. Wonderful experience every step. Rob and Bob, thank you for everything! By the way...the floor looks beautiful!

Excellent service - went the extra mile coming out a 2nd day just to make sure was 100% complete after some equipment issues the day before. Great pricing & the installers were great to deal with. Will be using again for carpeting work after they did an awesome job on some hardwood flooring transitions. Thanks
