A 1,400-square-foot basement finish became the best part of one family's house, and the same customer wrote in November 2024 that the company later helped them get a full home-insurance claim approved and handled the repairs. In October 2024, an owner of a modular home described the crew photographing the entire undercarriage, walking them through the pictures, and sealing the problem areas within a week. Two landlords say they have used Baird across rental turnovers for years. The complaints run to schedule and communication rather than craftsmanship. In August 2024 a customer who called the work quality fine said their project manager had to be chased for timelines and status, and that repairs ran more than 10% past the original quote with no change order — they found out when the invoice arrived.
