Ball Design Build

We could not be happier with Ball Design! We put out two bids for an extension onto our house for my mother after my dad died. Nate answered really quickly and gave us a reasonable estimate that was competitive with the other bid, but Nate could start earlier so we took him up on it. The build is so solid and his team is so professional and productive. Nate and his team pay attention to detail and have great design suggestions. They are extremely flexible with requests/changes. We are in a historic property so it was important that they matched the design to the existing structure from 1748. I highly recommend this company on every level. We are looking forward to using them for a full house build in the future.

We had a house built by Ball Design. He was great to work with. He kept us updated on how the project was going. If we had questions about anything, he would answer us that day or the next because we were 3 hours different. He sent us updated pictures to show us how it was going. I would recommend Ball Design to anyone that I know or who asks. It was an amazing experience.

I had an ADU (725 sq ft apartment-above, oversized 2 car garage-below) built by Ball Design Build this year. I really can't say enough good things about Nate and how he made the whole project easy. His work quality is top notch. The entire process was extremely well organized. He was present at every stage of the build, always available, and communicated every step. His estimate was right on with the final number. He always showed up as scheduled and met progress goals on time as well. The site was always kept clean.
