PRO GC & Restoration of NH

I struggled with condensation and mold in my attic for months and brought in roofing companies, an insulation company, and a restoration company. All were telling me different things and some of the quotes were astronomical, including site visit fees to even provide the quotes. Jacob from Pro GC and Restoration came out for a free estimate and was the first person to walk the entire attic and came out with a list of several factors causing the issue (some I heard from others, but some that no one mentioned). His quote was a fraction of the others. Him and his team fixed the root of our problem - very professional and happy the problem is finally fixed. Although he said it is highly unlikely there would be any future issue, he offered to come back months later to inspect and make sure it’s all set. Good doing business with them - highly recommend!

They were reasonable, professional and explained everything that was needed and how they would clear out the mold in my attic. They were not condescending to me, being a woman. And yes, one company came out to give me an estimate and they were very condescending, even with my contractor at my house, working on something different!. I had other estimates done and these guys were the best. Very friendly and personable. They did exactly what they had explained they were going to do. They came back after close to 6 months for a recheck and the attic is still free from mold.They took pictures each time to show me.

We would 100% recommend PRO GC & Restoration. Jacob and his team were amazing. We had a mold problem; they solved it; and we could not be happier. Here is the story: we had a moldy smell in our garage and basement and had testing done by an independent company, which found elevated levels. We got a few quotes, and the most reasonable price was from PRO GC & Restoration. We also had a lot of specific needs in terms of allergies and special health considerations. Jacob (the owner) was super accommodating and worked with us to develop and implement a protocol that would work with our needs. There were a lot of very detailed specifications that we needed to discuss with him before starting the project, and he was incredibly patient and thorough as we worked through their process. When they came to do the work, the whole crew was awesome. Not only did they thoroughly clean and vacuum every surface in our basement and garage; they also meticulously cleaned our personal belongings by hand. They brought out into our driveway all our stuff that we had stored in the basement and then carefully wiped all the items clean, boxed them up for us, and returned them to the basement once the remediation was finished. (We’re talking about cleaning individual lightbulbs, garden ornaments, and other small items, one by one—time-consuming work!) They all had a great attitude the whole time they were here and were always friendly and willing to answer whatever questions we had. And the best part is that when we had the independent mold-testing company come back, they found that we no longer have elevated mold levels!

If you value your home and health Do NOT use this company. I have been through hell!!! Jacobs company did a nasty job. I had to pay silver environmental $8000.00 to remediate Jacobs mess. I had to go from November to January 20th with no insulation in my home because of Jacobs negligence. I had another post written but it was far to long. It wouldn't post. Short and sweet Jacob hand wrote and signed a document of financial remediation because he saw the nasty holes in my ceiling, mold infested insulation left in my eaves, where a very unprofessional employee of Jacobs yelled at me before being asked to leave my home because I would not approve to him cutting out my ceilings all along the eaves to remove the insulation that was left behind. I had to have serv pro come and clean my home because there were mold spores throughout because of Jacobs unprofessionalism. The fee Jacob was paid from the credit card company was fully reimbursed. I am currently in the process of a court hearing. Considering the amount of monies it will not be a small claim. It's going all the way. Gaping holes in the ceilings, cracked ceilings, dirty insulation throughout my home let alone what was left in the attic for insulation and mold still on the ceiling and walls of the attic is how Jacob left this job. He has ghosted me completely. Thank God for Silver environmental!! This is the second job silver has done for me. I pray I never need him again but if I do I am assured he is the company for me!!! I don't plan on buying another house so I should never see Scott Silver again professionally. I will have in court with me Scott Silver, his pictures and testimony. The insulation company and their photos and opinions, the seller of this home whom I purchased from on 11-8-24. With her discover bill which was reimbursed for pro g cs remediation, if you can call it that. The bill from Serv pro. Tacked on to the end of that will be Jacobs hand written letter along with my pain and suffering. The heat bill alone is a huge dollar amount. Jacob was given plenty of opportunity and chances to make this right. I gave 2 months worth of texts between us that the lawyer has ready to present to the courts. Again if you value your health and home. DO NOT call Jacob at pro g c.

I was double charged for the first work, then a month after the second visit a charge appeared on my credit card the day after Christmas, with no invoice or receipt. I have had no luck getting a refund for the duplicate payment or any explanation about the second charge, which I did not authorize. Started off great, then had to wait nearly a month - then their plumber stopped communicating. We had the work finished by someone else.
