Been a good week of solid progress on these windows. Got the frames assembled minus the sills, after finishing the spoke housings and inner coved recess detail.

More progress on the round top windows. Sash work. Half round sash bars were steam bent, allowed to dry, then laminated . Out of the mold, the sticking detail was hand carved. Was not interested in even trying to run these on the shaper- 2 1/2”

Well, other than picking out hardware, these are ready to leave. Nice pair of Cherry night tables in a shaker style with some added flair in the curves.
Quartered White Oak handcut dovetailed drawers. Clean and simple.
Finished in Sirca acrylic ureth

Sills are on. Sash is fit in frames. Priming is happening. Glass master patterns in cardboard for me, and 1/8” hardboard for the glass shop.
