A complete bathroom remodel meant coordinating more than Luke Egan's own work. In a May 2023 Google review, a customer said he coordinated plumbing and electrical subcontractors with his carpentry and tile work to keep the renovation on schedule. They also said he asked about their preferences, answered their questions, and took care to keep the house clean during cold and inclement weather. Egan Home Improvement LLC is based in Pittsfield. Another customer writing in May 2023 described a complete master bathroom remodel in a vacation home and praised Luke's attention to detail. Google lists a 5-star average from six ratings. The earlier accounts describe other renovation work. A July 2021 reviewer said Luke replaced deck patio doors and a front entry door, demolished old concrete entry stairs, and installed Azek stairs and a landing. The customer had purchased the doors beforehand; despite manufacturing errors, they said he made the doors work. In September 2020, a customer described a large renovation project in Lee, Massachusetts, praising Luke's work quality and communication. A separate review that month came from someone who had hired the business on several occasions. That customer said Luke arrived when promised and cleaned up after finishing the job.
