Banner Glass Shatters the Competition! I met Dan in the showroom and he walked me through all the different options and gave me some great high-level information for me to go on. Placing the order with Michelle was a breeze - and she was always so kind with my many call backs. The real heroes though were the installers JJ and Jose! - talk about professionalism, respectful, patient, hardworking and efficient. They hustled my glass up a a flight of stairs like they were carrying air! Their communication and professionalism was WAY more than I expected (with me and each other). JJ explaining all the do's and don't and Jose offering his help wherever he could. They worked in my tiny (55 sq ft) bathroom and made sure everything was perfect! JJ & Jose are the team to get to shatter the competition. We wanted a glass door for our shower in our new bathroom and decided on Banner Glass Shelmar. The process was very easy, we just showed up to their showroom and they scheduled a time for someone to come and measure the space. There was a little miscommunication between my husband and I regarding which handle for the shower door I wanted (my husband didn’t realize which one I had asked for when they did the measurements, so had signed off on the standard handle instead of upgrading to the ladder style). Despite that, they were able to swap out the handle the same day to the style I had wanted and it looks great! We are very happy with the shower door, and they gave us clear instructions on how to properly care for the glass which I appreciate
