Bartlett Tree Experts is a tree service. In a 2023 review, a customer said their condo association hired the company to cut trees and limbs and do stump grinding. That 2023 customer said it took a lot of following up to get the job scheduled. The same 2023 reviewer wrote that requests for added work, sent to the office and to the person who seemed to be managing the project on the ground, got no answer, and that the association would not hire the company again.
My condo assoc hired these guys to cut trees, limbs and stump grinding. It took a ton of us following up to get it scheduled. Then we wanted things added and knew it would be at an additional cost. Sent these to both the office and then to the person who seemed to be managing the project on the ground and nothing. Very poor customer service and we will never hire them again to do work for us.
