A recent Google customer hired Bartlett Tree Experts for tree trimming and pruning on a project that "wasn't a big one," said Kevin Mucha was easy to work with and communicative throughout, and said the site was left clean, with a clear view afterward. A customer who has been with Bartlett for many years calls Kevin their arborist and names their tree needs as fertilizing, integrated pest management, tree cabling, pruning and removal; they say he helps sort out options and follows up on finished projects. A recent customer said Liam, Noah and Ben did the pruning and called them hardworking. A 2026 customer said Kevin and the Bartlett crews cared for their Black Oak, a centerpiece of their decks, and other trees, from spring spraying to fertilization to trimming as needed. A 2025 customer said Bartlett had done work for them twice and that the work site was left clean. One recent job went badly. A customer said Bartlett came to remove a serious limb from an oak and flattened their plantings in the process, and that lots of brush was left behind after the site was leaf-blown; they wrote, "My property looks like a wreck!"
Bartlett gets a much deserved 5 star review for the tree trimming and pruning service provided. Kevin Mucha was easy to work with and very communicative throughout the process. Our project wasn't a big one but they attended to it as if it was, not always the case with service companies. We really appreciate the work they did and the clean site left afterwards, the only reason we know they were there was the clear view we now have.
I've been with Bartlett for many yrs. If you want treework and maintenance done right, no other company comes close. I feel very fortunate to have Kevin as my arborist. He is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, and puts together the best team for my specific tree needs. (Fertilizing, integrated pest management, tree cabling, pruning, removal etc) He has helped me sort out options and always follows up to insure finished projects meet both of our high standards. It's a pleasure to deal with genuine people like Kevin who have earned my full trust.
Bartlett came to remove a serious limb from an oak on my property and in the removal process flattened my plantings. It was obvious to me that they were careless and had no regard for my shrubs. A loss for me. They leaf blew the site but I have lots of brush left behind. My property looks like a wreck! I’m sorry I excepted their bid.
Liam, Noah and Ben did a beautiful job pruning. Very hardworking guys.
Kevin and the Bartlett crews that care for my Black Oak which creates a "tree house" effect (a center piece of my decks) and other trees as needed, are always professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They take time to get to know my needs and always deliver excellent results. From spring spraying, to fertilization to trimming as needed, they are the only folks I trust to care for this very special tree.
