Basics Flooring

We had a new floor installed recently. Adam and his team were incredibly hands on and honest throughout the entire process. We had multiple companies bid on the job and felt that he was the best combination of value and quality. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and we're more than happy with the results. The new floors look amazing. I hope we never have to do the floors again, but if we do, we'll be calling Adam and his team at Basics Flooring!

We were extremely pleased with our new flooring and carpeting from Basics flooring. Everyone involved in the project was super easy to work with. Great communication and clear expertise in what they were doing. Highly recommend!

I was getting ready to put my house on the market and wasn’t planning on putting in new carpet. We had just put on a fresh coat of paint and realized how awful the carpet looked. I texted Adam at 8 PM on a Wednesday night. He texted me back at 9 PM and said he could meet me at 9 AM the following morning. Not only did he have high-quality carpet in stock, at a great price, but he was able to have it installed that weekend! He was truly a lifesaver and I would totally recommend him and use him again!

Adam and his team were excellent! Extremely professional and polite, arrived on time, efficient work. We are thrilled with how our stair runner turned out, and would absolutely use their services again!

I couldn’t be happier with my new floors! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and high‑quality. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail‑oriented—they treated my home with care and made sure everything was done perfectly. The installation itself was flawless. The craftsmanship is top‑notch, the seams are clean, and every board is aligned beautifully. The crew worked efficiently without cutting corners, and they kept the space tidy throughout the project. The finished product has completely transformed my home. The floors look stunning, feel durable, and have already received tons of compliments from friends and family. It’s clear that this team takes pride in their work, and it shows. If you’re considering new flooring, I highly recommend them. Professional service, excellent communication, fair pricing, and exceptional results—truly a five‑star experience.
