Bastion's Best digs into outdoor work: its website talks about trenches for utilities and drains that divert stormwater away from a home, and lists Concord, Bow, Boscawen, Hopkinton, Pembroke and a handful of other towns as its service area. One customer needed grading, land clearing and a solid pad for a new shed. Bastion's Best built the pad and used stones from the property to build a retaining wall for it, and the customer credited Cam and James with seeing a better way than just pushing the dirt around. That customer also called the pricing fair. Another job was residential landscaping cleanup, which that customer called quick, efficient and thorough. A customer who had work done at home and in the neighborhood said the company is upfront about what work needs to be done, how, and the cost. The company also delivered a cord of firewood to one customer's backyard and stacked it.
