Both platforms it appears on sit at five stars — twelve Google ratings, four on Houzz — and two threads run through them. One is scheduling and price: a 2025 reviewer wrote that two projects both landed as quoted, with one coming in under the original number, and another that the job finished ahead of schedule at a fair price. Bay Point reads as a small, owner-run shop for South Shore homeowners who want one carpenter's hands on the job — window packages, kitchen additions, built-ins, the occasional bathroom gut.
