Dryer vents are the job people write about. For BBM Dryer Vent Cleaning & Termite Pest Control Services Of MA, Google shows 4.2 stars from 6 ratings; the four written reviews, from November 2024 through December 2025, are all five stars. Two of them describe the same sequence: an inspection that turned up a problem, a repair, then the cleaning. In October 2025 a technician named Arlo arrived promptly and caught a small vent issue during the inspection; the company then repaired the vent and cleaned the furnace and ducts. That customer called the technician transparent about costs and noticed cleaner air and faster drying times. In December 2025 Tyler explained what he was checking during the inspection, found a problem that needed a vent repair, finished with a cleaning, and checked the duct system, explaining what regular duct cleaning does. In November 2024 a customer booked duct cleaning for 8 am and they were in the driveway at 8, cleaned up after themselves, and charged what the customer called more than fair for the time spent. A December 2025 reviewer described air duct and dryer vent cleaning and noticed better airflow and dryer performance.

We used BBM Dryer Vent Cleaning Services for duct cleaning. We agreed to have them in our home at 8 am, and they were in my driveway at that time. Very professional, neat, and thorough service. Once the job was done, they made sure to clean everything after themselves and left my home in better condition than it was when they arrived. For the amount of time they spent working on my ducts, the price was more than fair. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who wants to improve their air quality.
