The Collazo workers were polite and friendly - they introduced themselves. They were on time, got right to their work, cared about their work, cleaned up after themselves and communicative - keeping me informed of their progress with pictures if necessary. I will hire them again when I need to.

I had an excellent experience working with Collazo Home Improvement, from the first time of contact until the project (two second floor windows' trim repaired/replaced and a portion of my house's exterior siding removed and replaced). The owner was the first to respond to my service inquiry and accommodated my request to meet to discuss the project within a few days' time. Within a day I received a quote, which, appreciatively, included a veteran's discount The two carpenters arrived on time and were very consultative throughout the one-day repair, ensuring my satisfaction with the work. Both Tim and Steve were professional, expert at their work, and very courteous. The repair blended in perfectly and the cleanup was superb. I would not hesitate to request their services again. I used to help build houses in the past.
