Its Thumbtack profile lists it as background checked and shows a 5.0-star rating from 12 ratings. In a January 2023 review, a customer wrote that Beatriz cleaned their house every other week and that the apartment looked "spotless and perfect" every time she left. Another customer, writing in January 2023, said they were pretty picky with house cleaners and that Bea's cleaning "nailed it", adding that she was very detailed and great with scheduling. In a March 2023 review, a customer said Bea listened to their concerns and made sure all of their requests were addressed, and planned to have her back on a regular basis. A July 2023 review described Bea as punctual and very communicative and called her work excellent. In a separate July 2023 review, a customer looking for monthly cleaning said Bea was extremely responsive and professional and that they were very happy with the results of the first cleaning.
