Beam & Structural Repair Co. is the call when a house or barn's bones are failing — a sagging floor, a rotted sill, a beam that's given out under a century-old roofline. Based in West Bridgewater and working across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, the company says it specializes in structural, foundation, and beam repair for homes, barns, and industrial buildings, and its BBB profile lists 51 years in business, accredited since 1993 with an A+ rating. Recent customers keep describing the same kind of job: a sinking floor or a failing support column diagnosed and fixed, with the crew explaining each step along the way. In May 2026, one homeowner had a sill plate and supporting beam replaced over roughly two weeks and called the crew "exceptionally clean, courteous, and responsive." Another, dealing with a suspect set of columns in an 1890s house, said the team guided them through what needed doing; a third, replacing beams and structural members in an 1800s home, said the crew "knew just what was needed" and kept the job on a tight timeline. One customer came back a decade after a main-beam replacement to have the lally columns done too — the kind of repeat call that usually means the first job held up. Across 75 Google ratings the average sits at 4.9, and nothing in the last six months of reviews is negative. The same few names keep recurring — Ryan, Chris, Tyler, TT — suggesting a small, consistent crew rather than a rotating cast of subs, and the recurring theme across jobs is being kept in the loop rather than left guessing mid-project. Worth asking about before booking: a job like a full sill and beam replacement can run close to two weeks once it starts, so it's worth getting a realistic timeline up front rather than assuming a quick turnaround. It's also worth a straight answer on company history — a directory listing dates the business to 1970, while the BBB's 51-years-in-business figure (as of this year) points closer to 1975, a minor discrepancy but one worth clearing up if history matters to you. For anyone facing a sinking floor, a rotted sill, or a foundation problem that's more than cosmetic settling, this is a crew whose recent jobs back up the star count with specifics rather than just praise. Confirm the timeline and get the scope in writing before anything gets jacked up.

I highly recommend this company for any structural beam or support work. They did an amazing job installing the beams in my basement. From start to finish, they were professional, respectful, reliable, and clearly took pride in their work. A special thank you to Chris, who oversaw the entire project. Chris was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure everything was handled correctly from beginning to end. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure the work was completed to a high standard. The crew was respectful of my home, dependable, and did excellent quality work. They showed up when they said they would and treated the project with care and attention to detail. Their pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of work and service provided. I am extremely happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing structural or beam work.

Thank you Ryan and Courtney for replacing the rotted boards on our deck. Very professional, on time and cleaned up after themselves. This is the company to contact for any of your construction needs.
