The project was to clean my couch bc my cats were having a moment, the smell of cat urine was very strong and needed someone to come by to help clean the couch and smell. The professional that came by was very punctual, understanding and efficient also easy to work with. The only thing is.. the smell of cat urine remained on the couch 😭 I know the smell is ungodly and difficult to remove, not sure if there is a specific solution or technique to remove this odor. Other than that, I would hire again due to his professionalism.
Jesica and Randy are wonderful people, super professional, excellent with communications, and extremely conscientious. It was a pleasure to see them do top-notch work, and I'm looking forward to using their services again!
Jesica showed up on time with her husband and two daughters ! They worked hard and cleaned very well and if I would ask her to do something differently she would do it with positive attitude and smile . She does what you ask without getting upset. I enjoyed their work and looking forward to the next cleaning day! 😊
