Beaupre Fuels

I purchased a home in June of this year. My wife, daughter and I just moved in on 9/8. During the vacancy time the only utility I had setup was Maine water. I called Beaupre to setup an account with them- the previous owner of the home used them. Beaupre let me know that I owe them over $300 for the last fill up. I did not not have an account with them, nor have I ever spoken with this company. Apparently the previous owner never cancelled their auto fill. But I owe the money. Without setting up an account. Strange practice to bill people that don’t have an account with you. They did graciously tell me that they will waive the late fee’s on the last fill up LOL- I’ve had an account for less than 24 hours. So just a heads up- they will do what they please and charge you for it- even if they don’t know your name, and you don’t have an account with them. I’m going to drop my used car off at some strangers driveway today- and tell them they owe me money for the car. Going to tryout this business practice myself!

Continue to have great experiences with this company. This is my 3rd year with BF. Sue and their technicians go above and beyond for their clients. Highly recommend!

My husband and I love Beaupre Fuels! We had a pool installed at our home in Kennebunk, so we called for a quote to purchase a 125 gallon tank. Other fuel companies said we were required to buy two tanks, but we have a small pool and knew we only needed one. Lucy was very, very nice and professional when we called, Michael gave us the best price on a brand new tank, set it up to our pool heater, gave us some valuable tips, and was super nice too. Moreover, Steve was awesome when he delivered to us for the first time after the initial set up and fill. Overal great experience. I hope I didn't leave anyone out on the team... all were great. We wouldn't call anyone else for servicing. Believe me, I called several fuel companies in southern Maine for a quote but Beaupre Fuels is the best hands down!

If I could give no stars I would. Always told to call when tank at 30. They didn't deliver that day and when my husband called to check he was told they only deliver to Lyman Wed-Sun and ONLY if he calls by Wednesday morning. We were never informed of this change. I am now sitting in my home with my heater at the very lowest setting with an impending storm for tommorrow. I hope we have enough until they decide to deliver. I will be finding another supplier even if it is 2-3 dollars more.
