Bedford Sealcoating was hired to seal my driveway at my home. After just a few days the driveway started to look uneven it even started to dry at different spots of the driveway. I called the owner explained how it looks uneven! Whoever did the work dropped the ball and my driveway looks terrible! Its cracking and bubbling everywhere. The owner blamed the driveway of course not his employees! I told him a reportable business would comeback and redue this mess. The owner called it a cold joint. Im providing proof that he is running an unethical company with zero accountability! To make this even worse he offered actually volunteered to come back and redue the mess they created. After the rains passed I texted him asked when will they be returning his answer was I changed my mind! Friends after he answer this remember he lied once a liar always a liar. We paid in good faith all we wanted was the courtesy from that company to fulfill his promise and comeback to add more sealant. The last picture is a real cold joint. Dont let this happen to your wallet!!!
After a competitor messed up our parking lot striping right before our open house the team at Bedford Sealcoating rushed in to save the day. They were fast, courteous and professional. The parking lot looks great. Thank you for the great service. We look forward to our next project with you!
