Its three Google ratings are all five stars, and the written accounts run to native planting. A May 2026 customer described a lakeside property in Maine turned into a native, sustainable garden alive with bumblebees and butterflies. An April 2026 customer wrote about trading lawns that needed watering and mowing for native pollinator gardens — a change that caught the Portsmouth Garden Club's eye, and in 2022 their garden was one of those featured on the Portsmouth Garden Tour. Two things to settle before booking. Her Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles answer that estimates are not free and that no warranty is offered, so ask what a design consultation costs and what happens if plantings fail to take. Those same profiles answer that the business holds no eco-friendly accreditations, which does not square with the NOFA accreditations listed on her own site — worth asking which is current. For a homeowner who wants lawn turned into something that feeds pollinators and asks for less mowing, this is the specialty rather than a sideline. Get the scope and price for the design phase in writing before any planting starts.
Bee the Buzz completely transformed my family’s lakeside property in Maine into a native, sustainable garden that is honestly unreal. They are full of pollinators, look incredible, and feel like they added real value to the homes. Tori is such a breath of fresh air to work with. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and just really good at what she does. She does not just make things look nice, she creates spaces that last and continue to grow. We planted native plants that come back every year stronger and stronger. She taught me about natural mulching and compost tea and now every morning I get to have my coffee with my pollineighbors and my human neighbors always ask me what plants I have growing. Bee the Buzz helped us go from lawns (requiring watering and mowing) to beautiful native pollinator gardens. This caught the attention of the Portsmouth Garden Club. In 2022, we were one of the gardens featured on the Portsmouth Garden Tour! I love the low to no maintenance and the literal buzz it creates among pollinators as well as the people that walk by! An added bonus is that most of the native plantings at least double every year, so I have been able to create two additional gardens!
