Clean windows are a recurring reason people call Berkshire Family Cleaning. A July 2026 customer said Eddie and Tatiana answered an email request ahead of July 4th, arrived promptly on July 2, and left the windows sparkling despite the heat. In a September 2021 review, another homeowner described a house with more than 58 windows at different heights; Eddie and his crew arrived equipped, cleaned them, and charged a price the customer considered fair. Based in Pittsfield, the company says it offers customized residential and commercial cleaning with eco-friendly products that are safe for children and pets. It also advertises free estimates. Its Google rating was 4.7 stars from 49 ratings in September 2026. The work has included detailed cleaning after construction. A May 2025 customer said the crew removed dust from inside closets, cabinetry and drawers, leaving windows, walls and floors clean. That reviewer also praised communication, punctuality and pricing. A January 2025 repeat customer, who had hired the company several times over the preceding couple of years, described thorough cleaning and attention to small details. An October 2024 homeowner balancing nursing school, work and family said the company responded promptly to a request for a quote, came to look at the house within a few days, and completed the cleaning a few days after that. The customer described the finished job as a weight lifted off their shoulders.
Eddie and Tatiana responded to my email request for window cleaning before July 4th. They arrived promptly July 2, and even with the sweltering heat they worked cheerfully and efficiently. I am very pleased with the sparkling clean windows!
PHENOMENAL attention to detail! Courteous, prompt, professional, communicative and fairly priced. We had a post construction clean up and every bit of dust ( including the inside of closets, cabinetry and drawers) was removed! All windows walls and floors were sparkling clean, Absolutely recommend Berkshire Family Cleaners! A+!!!
Berkshire Family Cleaning earns 5 stars all around! I've hired them a few times over the past couple of years, and they continue to exceed my expectations! They've always been very accommodating, kind and friendly, yet professional! They clean thoroughly and pay attention to the small details. It's so nice to have terrific people that own a small company that cares about our community. Thank you so much BFC!
Berkshire Family Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my house, I would recommend their company for sure. I’m very happy with every part of my experience. From the timely manner in which they got back to me when I left a message interested in getting a quote, it took only a few days for them to come a check it out. Then it only took a few more days after that and the job was done! A huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders! Between nursing school, work and family life………… I ignored my housework for a little too long. Thank you Berkshire Family Cleaning for doing such an amazing job!!!
