We’re delighted with the compassionate care our cleaning team has each week when they come to our house. We have three little ones and until recently each worked more than full time. We’ve never felt judged for the absolute chaos our house was once in. 🫣 We have a limited budget yet we have always been supported by the Fresh Start team asking for just two hours each week. We needed to see how it went for a few weeks to realize what rhythm worked best for us now. With these targeted weekly cleans we’ve been able to do a bit of tidying in advance, initially it was a lot of work but now after just two months it is a breeze and our house stays in great shape. It feels so good! We have significant sensitivity to many chemicals and artificial scents, which we expressed. The team has accommodated with ease. Cassey is thorough and comprehensive in her cleaning. Denise ensures each and every clean is done with excellence. I’ll never forget how sparkling clean our 1 year old’s high chair was after the kitchen was cleaned. I didn’t expect that but we were definitely wowed! The floors were so shiny without any dirt. The pillows were fluffy and blankets folded. A tidy house isn’t necessarily a clean house; with Fresh Start we have both. We highly recommend Fresh Start to anyone who wants to invest in their self care, well being, and stress mitigation. It has been more than worth it for us.

I had Missy come into my house to Start to Finish organize and clean up before my partner moved in. We were able to get everything done in time, and I felt so amazing at the end! Missy checked with me every session we had and made sure I was comfortable, and we went at my pace. My house was NOT in a good place when we began, but by the end, I was able to have my partner move in AND have others in the house without being overwhelmed and embarrassed by the mess. My partner and I have talked about having Missy and her team come back to our home for regular cleaning once we get settled from their move in, too.
