Old and new oak floors looked alike after Berzenski's work, according to a customer writing in June 2025. That customer said Randy and his father before him had sanded, repaired, and refinished floors in the same home for more than 36 years. They also praised the efficiency, communication, and reasonable price. A December 2024 reviewer described work in a living room, dining room, and kitchen that took about a day and a half. The customer chose a water-based finish, said they did not have to leave home, and credited Randy and his associate with helping select the finish. They said the floors looked brand new afterward. In an April 2022 review, Kris Fox described work on a third-floor bedroom in a historic Springfield home. Randy Berzenski came out for an estimate the same day the customer called; the subsequent work was completed within the agreed timeframe and price. A July 2025 reviewer separately praised the finished floors and Randy's communication. Google lists a 4.5-star average from 25 ratings. A July 2026 reviewer praised the product knowledge and work and said they would call again for a future project.
