Bespoke Floors says it has worked with architects, contractors, designers and homeowners on custom and antique flooring projects in Fairfield County and the tri-state area since 2006. On its BBB profile the company describes itself as a Norwalk flooring contractor offering wide-plank, engineered and solid wood, vinyl planks, and prefinished and unfinished options. Its own site lists Norwalk, Darien, Westport, Greenwich and New Canaan among the towns it serves. A 2021 customer said Lygia and her team came the day after closing to refinish the floors of a house they had just bought. On the first day, that 2021 customer said, samples went down on one area of the floor so they could choose a finish. The same 2021 customer said the place was immaculate when they left. A 2022 customer said they used Bespoke Floors for hardwood floors throughout their house and for vinyl floors in their basement and in a condo they own, and called the pricing fair. In a 2020 Houzz review, a customer who had a messy experience with another company said Lygia was attentive and organized. A 2025 customer said the work was on time, the scope was completed when they said it would be, and the cleanup was above their expectations. A 2025 reviewer said Lygia was willing to offer samples, ideas and budgets. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0657425, as active, held by Bespoke Floors LLC.
