Adeo Painters & Home Improvements LLC

The crew was professional, courteous, punctual and most importantly very good. They were careful with application, thorough and very clean during and after the days work was over. They went above to make sure everything was covered and completed. They adhered to schedules and respected my timelines. Pricing was very fair and they executed very well for a reasonable price. They completed 6 internal rooms, the exterior and a deck attached to a pool. Everything looks great.

Melvin and his team are absolutely wonderful! From project conception to execution, the team is professional, skillful, and efficient. We are beyond thrilled with all the projects they have done for us and will continue to use their services in the future!

Melvin and his team from Adeo Painters and Home Improvement did an exceptional job from start to finish. Their prep work was meticulous, their communication was clear, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. The crew was polite, respectful of our home, and left everything spotless each day. The final result transformed our space. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them without hesitation.

It is a pleasure to write this review for Adeo Painting and Home Improvements and its proprietor, Melvin Escobar. Melvin has completed four renovations for me personally and, as a Realtor, I have confidently referred him to numerous clients. He is a true gentleman with an exceptionally strong work ethic. Melvin and his crew are highly skilled in their respective trades, consistently professional, polite, and trustworthy. In addition to his craftsmanship, Melvin is thoughtful and solutions-oriented. He has an impressive ability to problem-solve and identify practical, cost-effective alternatives to what might otherwise become expensive challenges. His fee structures are fair and transparent. Since first working with Melvin in 2018, I have been eager to recommend him whenever the opportunity arises. Most recently, we completed renovations at 251 Main Street in Southport, a historic building dating to 1850 and currently home to the offices of the Higgins Group. Melvin and his crew did an outstanding job restoring the space — it is beautiful once again. At the same time, he renovated a two-bedroom townhouse within the same building with equally impressive results. I wholeheartedly recommend Melvin Escobar and Adeo Painting and Home Improvements without hesitation. Victoria Fingelly
