Fantastic experience with Best Septic. After Rowell's cancelled on me 3x, I decided to look elsewhere and found Best Septic. Their prices were cheaper than Rowell's, and I cannot describe how excellent Seth was when he pumped my system. He was both professional and knowledgable, and he took the time to go over regular preventative maintenance as well as best practices. They gave me a little magnet appointment reminder for my next service, and a new homeowner's booklet for more information about septic systems. Great experience and a great price. Highly recommend

I highly recommend Best Septic! The office staff was friendly and helpful when I spoke to them on the phone. Seth came out to do the work and was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and provided education about proper maintenance of the equipment on my property!

From my initial phone call to the office's reminder call to our service-- 5 stars! Very friendly and polite. The technician, "SC" (I didn't catch his name, sorry), was very thorough and took the time to explain the septic pumping service and recommendations for keeping our septic system "healthy." No one has ever done this before. Will 100% use them for our next service in 3 years :) Highly recommend!

Everyone here is so amazing and kind!! Not only did they come out as soon as possible and lined up with the pump people to make sure the septic was done when the pump was broken and a new one had to be ordered Best has no problem coming out AGAIN in 2 DAYS to pump so the pump could be installed when it came in! Both gentlemen that came were very knowledgeable and were very kind when explaining to me how a septic even works! Thank you all so much for helping a historic home in Gilmanton continue to stay updated and healthy!!!!
