It advertises boiler and furnace work, oil-tank replacement, central and ductless air conditioning, maintenance and 24/7 emergency service. Google shows a 5-star average from 881 ratings. Customers describe specific repairs alongside larger installations. An August 2026 reviewer says the crew removed and replaced a five-zone oil boiler at a price below three competitors. Another describes a same-day visit for a central-AC leak, followed by condenser service and furnace cleaning at the customer’s request. A customer requesting AC service on a Sunday says a technician arrived within 45 minutes of the request and then diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes. These are separate customer accounts, rather than promised response times. Boiler maintenance also gets detailed praise. One August reviewer describes an explanation of the boiler’s problems, thorough cleaning and a quick return to operation. An April reviewer says Al quoted zone-valve replacement, glycol removal and addition, and boiler water-flow-valve replacement; two technicians completed the work, called about any additions and left the mechanical room cleaner.
