In an April 2025 Google review, a homeowner said Derek was their contact for a cobblestone apron, a driveway border and blue stone gravel. The customer praised the detailed estimate, efficient work and finished appearance. A September 2025 reviewer described having their beds and gardens revamped. Based in Mashpee, the company says it has provided landscaping and hardscaping in the Upper Cape area since 2000. Its website advertises residential and commercial landscaping, irrigation and snow management. Its BBB profile identifies Stephen DeMatos as owner and lists an A+ grade without accreditation. Google lists 21 ratings averaging 4.4 stars. Maintenance customers describe returning crews and completed seasonal work. An April 2026 reviewer praised a spring cleanup and called the crew friendly, courteous and hardworking. In an April 2024 review, a customer of four to five years praised weekly lawn and yard maintenance, spring and fall cleanups, and shrub trimming. A November 2023 reviewer described a fall cleanup that removed a thick layer of leaves, including under a car, without blowing leaves onto neighboring properties or the street. Another November 2023 customer said an irrigation technician arrived on time and used a compressor to clear water lines for winter. In January 2022, a reviewer described contracting for irrigation, a lawn, a driveway and a walkway and being happy with the results. There are also specific complaints about communication and service scope. A March 2025 reviewer said five opportunities to respond produced no reply. A September 2024 customer alleged signing up for all services but receiving only grass cutting while other garden work was neglected. They said questions about dying plants went unanswered for a week and disputed the company’s statement that gardening had not been included. The customer’s update alleged fertilizer was applied after they had fired the company, that the service was backdated and billed, and that additional bushes died. They reported spending more than $3,000 to replace bushes and a tree. These are the customer’s allegations. A December 2024 customer described a different scheduling experience: a quote arrived within a day, followed by completed yard work shortly after the contract was signed.
