- Same-afternoon arrival — a recent customer called at 3:00 and he arrived by 3:30
- A spotless finish — a recent customer said he left the area spotless
Called at about 3:00, at the house ready to go by 3:30. That is how a recent Google customer describes a last-minute basement cleanout with Big Mike's Junk Removal, after buying a house where the last owners had left a bunch of stuff. That customer said Mike gave an honest, very reasonable quote, worked very quickly and left the area spotless. A recent customer hired Mike for a move-out clean before closing day and said he was fast with communication and flexible with the schedule.

Mike was a pleasure to do business with, decided to clean out my basement (purchased my house a few months ago and last owners left a bunch a stuff) last minute today. Called Big Mike at about 3:00 and not only did he give me an honest and very reasonable quote but he was at my house ready to go by 3:30. He was friendly, professional and very quick with his work and went out of his way to ensure he left the area spotless. I would absolutely do business with Mike again and strongly recommend his services to anyone in need
