In July 2025 a homeowner who called about one hornets nest got the whole yard checked, and two more nests turned up — one in the children's swing set area. The rodent jobs turn on finding the way in. A November 2025 reviewer described Steve evaluating the exterior and finding multiple potential entry points behind the mouse problem; an October 2024 customer said he knew exactly where they were entering and exiting, and caught 13 in about two weeks.
