Called Bill to do the septic inspection on my house before buying it. He determined that the system was bad and needed to be replaced. Upon doing further testing, he concluded that the soil was poor and a new system could not be installed, so I would have to connect to the city sewer. He gave me a quote for the entire job so that the sellers could give me a credit to cover the repair. After closing on the house, I gave Bill the OK to start the work. He put the job off repeatedly. I reached out over a month later to get a start date and got no answer or call back. I tried to reach out again two weeks later, got an answer and apology and was told that he just finished up all his jobs and will start after the July 4th holiday. I have yet to hear back from him to this day(8/19/2024). Because of this, I had to look for another contractor which put me over the budget Bill had set with the sellers of my house by thousands. On top of this, he left my yard a complete mess when he dug it up to do the inspections and testing, and never came back to fix it or complete the job. Bill is very unreliable and extremely unprofessional. There are plenty other contractors in the area, so if you come across this one, do yourself a favor and skip him. It’s not worth it.
