I hired Laferriere Builders to install 2 hardwood floors and do a bunch of finish molding. The price was amazing they were always on time to work and they cleaned up every time before they left for the day. I highly recommend them and will hire them again in the future.
Nick was excellent. He helped us figure out the best way to go about the project to achieve what we were looking for. He was here when he said he would be. During the project he uncovered an issue and spent time getting materials to fix it after discussing it with us. Nick is professional and does great work - his help was great too, and his office manager!
Nick and his team have done multiple projects for us with great care and expertise. He has taken vague ideas and helped us make them into workable spaces we actually use and enjoy, all while remaining transparent about pricing and going above and beyond when challenges arise. Our neighborhood’s homes are notoriously quirky and Nick takes these challenges in stride and has incorporated that into design- we have an outdoor shower and sunken patio accented with stone pulled from the dig, and reusing blue stone I had kept from a previous project. This project involved excavation, retaining walls, hardscaping, a sauna build, custom decking around a small pool, and probably more considerations I’m not even thinking of. Working with an honest contractor we can trust is amazing, and we’re already planning our next improvement, as well as our “welcome to our new yard” party!
Nick and the team always do such a great job. On time, great communication, friendly, and excellent work. We have used their team for a few projects, and already have a few more planned. Highly recommend, quality work and a team you can trust.
