Bill's Heat Pumps recently installed an 18k Fujitsu Air Stage heat pump in our home and man did he do an incredible job. When I look for a contractor to do anything I always usually look for 3 things; price, knowledge of the product, and communication and bill didn't just meet those he far exceeded them. He was there for us from the start of the project helping us pick what would be the best choice for our home needs, all the way to the end of the install.
