Birdsall Inspections LLC

Birdsall Inspections LLC is a home inspection business, and its website says it has been in business for 20 years and invites buyers to book a home inspection. A 2024 customer said Tommy Birdsall was recommended by a local realtor while they were considering a condo in Waterville Valley, and that he provided a detailed inspection report with his grading of his findings and backup photos. A 2024 customer wrote that Tommy spent several hours going around and through the home investigating oddities that cropped up, and accommodated a small scheduling change. A 2021 reviewer who worked with him as a real estate broker said Tommy had done several inspections for buying clients and on sellers' homes, described his reports as detailed with a quick turnaround, and hired him for a personal purchase. A 2026 customer described the inspector as timely, thorough and efficient. A 2024 customer was not happy with the inspection. That 2024 customer said the well water test was performed improperly, without removing the aerator or sanitizing the faucet, which yielded a false positive for coliform bacteria, and that a retest the customer ran showed the well is clean. That 2024 customer also said Tommy examined the attic, saw no issues and sealed it up, then looked again and agreed after the customer pointed out both bathroom exhaust fans venting into the attic.
