Keith was so great to work with! He not only did a thorough inspection, he personally explained the areas of concern he found. This was helpful so I didn't have to rely on just a written report and I was able to ask him questions while he was onsite with me and my real estate agent. He differentiated between any items that were more versus less urgent and explained the reasoning. I recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs/wants a home inspection.
