Highlights
- Tile selection — reviewers cite a deep in-store range beyond big-box stores
- Owner expertise — a 2024 review credits extensive tile knowledge
BK Tile & Stone is a family-owned tile and natural stone showroom on Federal Street in Greenfield, run by Billy and Kelly Whitaker, offering tile, stone, glass, and handmade ceramics along with free design consultations and in-house installation. A community newsletter piece describes the owners as a longtime fixture on Federal Street, having installed tile and stone for both commercial businesses and homes. Google reviewers point to the same thing: a deep in-store selection. A 2024 review calls out the owners' extensive knowledge of the business, and an older 2021 review specifically favored the shop's tile selection over what's available at Home Depot. BK is a fit for someone shopping for tile or natural stone in the Franklin County area who wants design help and hands-on installation rather than just picking from a big-box aisle.
