Black Bear Paving seal coats driveways. A 2024 customer said they hired the company to seal coat their driveway the previous fall and that by April all the sealcoating had come off, though nobody drove on it and no salt was put on it. That 2024 customer wrote that after they complained, he came to look at it in June, said that was normal and that you have to seal coat it every year, and refused to take care of it.
I was leaving the school after dropping my daughter off and someone who works for this company was speeding to back out of their driveway, didn’t even care to look and was inches from hitting my car. mind you, I just dropped my daughter off at school and I am also pregnant. He seemed to be in a hurry, maybe leave earlier for work and you won’t almost cause a unnecessary accident
My wife and I are both in our seventies and so we hired this company to seal coat our driveway last fall. Right after it was done we took off for the winter. When we returned in April we noticed that all the sealcoating had come off. Nobody drove on it. No salt was put on it. And the plow person that I hired only plowed twice. When I complained he finally came to look at it in june. At which time he said that's normal. You have to seal coat it every year. That's not true. He refuses to take care of it. So I am out all of that money. Do not hire this company. Other companies would be much better.
