Black Dog Inspections Radon Services

Twenty-two years in business out of East Falmouth, under two names: Black Dog Inspections, LLC for the home inspections and Black Dog Radon Services for the radon work — testing and mitigation both. That combination is the practical reason to call. One company can run the radon test on a Cape house and install the fix if the number comes back high, which saves finding a second contractor. It also means the people measuring the problem are the ones quoting the cure, so ask up front what a mitigation system would cost and how the test result gets documented. If you are buying on the Cape and want the home inspection and the radon test in one appointment, that is the shape of this business. Confirm the inspector's Massachusetts home inspector licence and the radon measurement and mitigation credentials before you book.
