I’ve had a nightmare experience with this contractor Timothy Blanc Building Masonary LLC. My log cabin was supposed to be completed by March 3, 2024, but now it’s June 10, 2025, and I still don’t have occupancy. I’ve been trying to reach out to him for days without any response. He frequently lied, claiming that the project would be finished soon. For the entire summer of 2024, he had just one worker on my house. Since Wednesday, June 4, I’ve called and texted him to ask what needs to be done for me to be able to move into my own house, but he doesn’t seem to care to respond at all. The workmanship is rushed, and my log got moldy from being stored outdoors for too long without progress on the building. Additionally, my water heater and wood stove are leaking. The landscape around the house has been dug up and left in disarray, with no one coming to work on it. There has been a lot of rain in the past few months, so it’s all muddy. If you want to face the same issues I have, hire this contractor. I am preparing to take him to court due to the aggravation and stress he has caused, which has even made me sick. Because of him, I’ve had to pay 15 months of rent out of pocket.
