A June 2026 customer said the crew replaced a septic tank and other system components, finished within the promised time and kept them informed at a cost they considered reasonable. Another June reviewer praised support and advice before engaging in a complicated septic installation. An August caller said Jeff helped find the right people for an issue outside his services. A September 2026 complaint describes failed communication, a yard left looking poor and an issue that remained unresolved. That reviewer also accused the company of dishonest pricing. A separate September reviewer praised communication and quick completion. Older accounts describe completed drainage and masonry work. In May 2024, a customer said Jeff installed a backyard drainage system and improved their driveway and culvert. A September 2023 reviewer said he replaced a driveway and diverted a drain, then referred the paving to another company. A July 2023 repeat customer described stamped-concrete walkways and patio work, along with a backyard patio, walkway and concrete retaining walls completed two years earlier. In June 2023, another customer said Jeff helped design a beachside wall and stairs, sourced the stone, rebuilt the wall and removed the debris.
